✔Canterbury bells can grow in temperate, mediterranean or subtropical climate and growing in hardiness zone 3-10.
✔Leaves color green the leaf elliptic with serrated edge.
✔Mix of purple, white & pink bell-shaped flowers that grow on 2-3 foot (60-90 cm) spikes.
✔Long lasting flowers. Blooms spring to early summer. Easy to grow from seed. Sow outside in spring/early summer.
✔One seed per inch (2.5 cm) set on surface. Thin to 6-12 inches (15-30 cm). Foliage 1st year, flowers 2nd. If started indoors 6-8 weeks before set out, may bloom 1st year.
✔The seeds for seedlings sown in May-June and in September the plants are transplanted to a permanent place.
