✔Grow from seed sown in late spring/early summer outdoors in a sheltered, shady site in a well prepared seed bed about ¼in (0.6 cm) deep.
✔Germination usually takes 14-21 days.
✔Thin seedlings out to 4-6 in (10-15 cm) apart when they are large enough to handle and finally transplant to flowering site in autumn in sun or part shade for flowering the following spring.
