Description
Podosinovik Boletus is a close relative of Podberezovik Boletus, but he is more handsome in appearance. Characteristic features of Podosinovik Boletus are the reddish color of the hat, the bottom of which in young mushrooms is completely white, in older mushrooms the bottom is grayish. The cap has the shape of a hemisphere with a light velvet coating on the surface. The leg is quite high, up to 6 ‘(15 cm). The flesh of white quickly acquires a bluish tint when broken. Sometimes it can acquire a dark gray shade, which in no way affects the taste of the mushroom.
